Okayama has been famous throughout the country as a rice-producing area since ancient times. All of our products are made using 100% domestic rice with a focus on high-quality glutinous rice grown in Okayama Prefecture.

Soy sauce is the heart and soul of seasoning. We acquire our soy sauce from various different soy sauce manufactures, and we highlight the flavor by conducting final adjustments in-house to match the product.
素材
Ingredients
岡山県産大豆、倉敷連島ごぼう、瀬戸内海で獲れるエビなど、出来る限り地元産にこだわっています。
We are as committed as possible to using locally produced ingredients, including soy beans grown in Okayama Prefecture, burdock root from Tsurajima in Kurashiki and shrimp caught in the Seto Inland Sea.

Production Method
創業より、せいろ蒸し、杵付きにこだわっています。また自然乾燥など、昔と変わらない製法を今も守っています。
Since our founding, we have been committed to steaming using bamboo steamers and pounding using mallets. In addition, to this day, we preserve our ancient production methods unchanged, including natural drying, etc.
